Terms and Conditions

These are the terms for using dhrimov.dev, a personal blog run by Dmytro Hrimov. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Content and intellectual property

The articles, text, and images on dhrimov.dev are mine unless stated otherwise, and I keep all rights to them. You are welcome to read them and to link to them. Please do not republish, sell, or redistribute whole articles as your own. The code samples are the exception - you are free to use them in your own projects, no need to ask. If you want to reuse anything else beyond that, just ask me at me@dhrimov.dev.

No warranty

I write these posts to share what I have learned, and I try to keep them accurate. Even so, the content is provided as is, with no warranty. Things change and mistakes happen - check anything here before you rely on it, especially in production. What you do with the content is your own responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or from acting on anything you read here. The site and its content are provided free of charge.

Links to and from the site

You are free to link to dhrimov.dev, as long as the link is not misleading and does not suggest that I endorse you or your work. Please do not frame the site or wrap it in your own pages in a way that changes how it looks.

The blog also links out to other websites. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content - the links are there for convenience, not as an endorsement.

Privacy

How the site handles your data is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the site changes. The current version is the one on this page, and it reflects how the site works today.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you have any questions about them, email me at me@dhrimov.dev.
